International Consumers

Expats are consumers. They earn well, possess higher disposable income, are well educated and skilled. And yet, they need to learn everything anew. International residents do not recognise national brands, local stores nor other services.

Expats normally spend at least a few years in their new location and require a home, furnishings, utilities, waste disposal, telecoms, bank accounts, insurance and healthcare. An accompanying partner may desire employment too, their children an international school and their pet a vet.

They also wish for recreational activities, entertainment, English language movies, retail outlets, restaurants, places to go out and perhaps information on where to find other international residents.

Grateful Customers

Businesses that focus on such a valuable segment of the population can gain loyal customers and clients. A highly desirable and thankful target group awaits dedicated attention along with relevant or bespoke offers that serve them well.

Expat residents wish to integrate into society, discover, attain a sense of belonging and feel at home. They wish to be happy. Their lives may be full of wonderful experiences and yet also highly surprising challenges.

Besides busy schedules and embracing a new language, they and their loved ones need to learn new cultural norms, laws and formalities. Help them find you and all you have to offer.

Looking forward to discussing options together!

Kindest, Garry

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTELE

Attractive locations across the world create strong competition to companies who desperately need to attract expats. Position and package fit, as does the company. Unfortunately a lack of convincing images, false impressions and incomplete city presentations fail to help inspire expats to relocate.

CONCEPT MECHANISM

Salaries and exciting career moves are able to spike interest in working for a new company. Professionals in their fields are scarce, so locations the world over are in competition with each other. Thus, the perceived desirability of a new home plays a key factor prior to relocation. And the feeling for that new place of work is key.

Many expat parents wish to educate their children in an environment that enables smooth transitions to a new location. Local language tuition is also a consideration. International schooling is thus a crucial topic of eGuides. The International School of Düsseldorf is a fine example.
