The first expat guide went online in 2007 with further editions in other countries following. The next chapter is now beginning with licenses. This discerning model is designed to ensure that every city receives the focused attention and professional development it deserves.
What We Look For in Licensees
We prioritise applicants who demonstrate strong writing and communication skills, authentic city knowledge, reliability, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Alignment with expat audiences and a commitment to long-term growth are essential.
You do not need an existing media company or a large online following. What matters most is your ability commit and execute consistently.
Application Process
The process begins with a focused application and expression of interest in a specific capital city. Qualified candidates are invited to discuss fit, expectations, and the licensing framework. Successful applicants then enter onboarding and gain access to our systems and resources.
